Hope for Future: Green and Sustainable Hong Kong

Organised by the College General Education Office, 30 students enrolled in this course gained a deeper understanding of the green and sustainable practice of CUHK and Hong Kong through master classes and field trips.

Shunde Cultural Preservation Community Service-Learning Programme

This course, which took place at Shunde, China, aimed to explore the role of elders in cultural inheritance and practice. Through collaborating with elders to document intangible cultural heritage, 16 students established interactive and mutual learning relationships with the elderly.

Journey to the Middle East: Exploring the Past and the Present of Dubai

By visiting Dubai, the economic and financial center of the Middle East, 16 students discovered its deep historical and cultural heritage along with that of the surrounding region, as well as the local trends in technological development and innovation.

Chile Cultural Exchange & Environmental Conservation Tour

This programme is organised by the Uni-Y (CCC CUHK). 22 students visited different cities in Chile to explore their environment conservation policies. They also participated in children’s services in the impoverished area and engaged in cultural exchanges with residents.
