The first talk of Chung Chi College 75th Anniversary Excellence Talk Series was held on 7 February at Lee Hysan Concert Hall. The talk focused on the theme “Health Insights” and consisted of two sections. Professor Lo Yuk Ming, the Vice-Chancellor and President of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), shared on “Building New Defenses Against Cancer” in the morning section, while Professor Mok Chung Tong, Master of S. H. Ho College and Mok Hing Yiu Professor of Medicine in the Division of Neurology, Department of Medicine and Therapeutics, CUHK, shared on “Strategies for Preventing Dementia”. Professor Kwan Mei Po, Head of Chung Chi College, presented souvenirs to them to acknowledge their insightful sharing that kicked off the talk series. Both sections were well-received and together have attracted 600 participants.
