Heritage and Prospects – Exhibition on Works from the 5th Au Kin Kung Memorial Calligraphy Competition Chung Chi College

Organised by Chung Chi College, the exhibition “Heritage and Prospects – Exhibition on Works from the 5th Au Kin Kung Memorial Calligraphy Competition” will be staged at the Lobby Gallery of the College Administration Building starting 30 May 2023.

 

With the patronage of the alumni couple Dr. Kan Kit Keung and Dr. Kam Yuen Han, the College has organised “The 5th Au Kin Kung Memorial Calligraphy Competition”. The Competition aimed at promoting Chinese calligraphy to students from local secondary schools and tertiary institutions, from whom participation was invited. The judges have selected the First, Second, and Third Prizes as well as Merit Awards for each of the Junior Secondary, Senior Secondary, and Tertiary Sections of the Competition. A total of thirty winning entries will be showcased in the Exhibition in recognition of outstanding performance, providing a platform for the award recipients and visitors to learn from one another and together pursue advancement on the art of calligraphy. Selected works from the judges will also be exhibited.
