A. Arrangement for assemblies in First Term, 2025/26:

1. There are 13 Assemblies in this term, and they are divided into 2 parts (Part A: 1st to 7th Assemblies and Part B: 8th to 13th Assemblies).  Students are required to fulfill the laid down attendance requirement as set below:
   • Students should fulfill the “3 + 1” requirement in this term, ie. attending THREE “Assemblies” and ONE “Alternative Activities to Assembly” (AAA), totaling FOUR attendance records;
   • Each student can participate in only ONE “AAA” per term. If students choose not to enroll to any AAA, they may attend FOUR “assemblies” to meet the attendance requirement;
   • Students should attain TWO attendance records from Part A and TWO from Part B, totaling FOUR attendance records.
   • Summary of the above-mentioned requirements are as follows:-

   “3 + 1” Requirement: attending THREE “Assemblies” and ONE “AAA **”
   Part A (Weeks 1 to 7)	TWO attendances required	Attending a total of FOUR “assembly activities”
   Part B (Weeks 8 to 13)	TWO attendances required
   ** Remarks: (1) Each student can participate in only ONE “AAA” per term; (2) If NO AAA is chosen, students must attend FOUR assemblies.

3. There will be NO “Walk-in” arrangement in this term. Students who show up at the assembly venues without any advanced online registration will NOT be allowed to enter the venue.
4. The College assemblies in this term will be held at the “Chung Chi College Chapel”. Students may also attend College assemblies by watching live broadcast at the “Divinity School Chapel, G/F, President Chi-tung Yung Memorial Building”;

B. Online Registration System and Information on Registration

1. All CC students can make registration from 10:00 a.m., 29^th August, 2025 (Friday).
2. Please make online registration through the “CUHK RAS System”: http://www.cuhk.edu.hk/ras and refer to the guideline HERE.
3. After logging in with the “CUHK email and OnePass password”, please choose: “CC College Assemblies (Part A)” to register for TWO assembly activities. After completion, please go to “CC College Assemblies (Part B)” to register for TWO more assembly activities.
4. Students can swap their registered Assembly session(s) via “CUHK RAS System” before the Thursday of the corresponding Assembly by 1:00 pm.
5. Students who have registered for a particular Assembly would receive an email reminder at or before 5:00 pm, on Thursday before the corresponding Assembly.

C. Pre-assignment of All New Students for First Assembly

All new students are pre-assigned for attending in person the First Assembly on 5^th September, 2025. If new students are not going to attend the First Assembly, they have to SWAP to another assembly at the “CUHK RAS System” from 29^th August (Fri) 10:00 a.m. to 4^th September (Thu) 1:00 p.m..

D. Attendance Checking: 

Students may check his/her record of attendance by logging in to the link: https://www.web.ccc.cuhk.edu.hk/assembly-attendance-system/, on which record of attendance should have been uploaded within seven days after the Assembly.
