We are delighted to invite you to participate in a participatory design programme from late September 2023 to January 2024 with the support of our Incubators - ZeShan Foundation and Ho Cheung Shuk Yuen Charitable Foundation. The programme name “Hou2” Living Gallery @CityOne ShaTin -「好好生活館@第一城」

The programme name “Hou2” Living Gallery -「好好生活館」shows our aspiration of exploring quality living for all age groups – to build a genuine age-friendly living environment. Programme participants will partner with each other to curate age-friendly housing/ living models through prototyping.

Within 4 months, elders, kaifongs from City One Shatin, built-environment professionals, and student volunteers together as a think tank, to co-design an age-friendly neighbourhood at City One Shatin - as the pilot project to be replicated in other estates. Student volunteers are recruited to shadow other participants and produce the prototype for trial run in City One Shatin.

Programme Activities: Focus group interviews, place audit of City One, co-creation workshops, prototype production, on-site prototype testing, etc.

Duration: Four months (total of six sessions)

Dates: Late September 2023 to early 2024 (total of 6 o 8 sessions)
