1. Be a Chung Chi College fee-paying mainland student who have substantial financial needs
2. Attained a minimum GPA of 3.00 in the 2024/2025 Term 1
3. Have contributed to the College or participated in College student societies
4. Demonstrate potential to make contribution at the hostels
