The debit note of CUHK Term 1 tuition fee will be sent to students’ CWEM Mailbox in mid-September.  

Students who need to apply for deferment of tuition fee / hostel fee, please fill in the application form which can be downloaded below, and upload the completed form together with the electronic debit note (downloaded from http://portal.cuhk.edu.hk) to CU WebForm by  25/9/2025 (Thursday) 5:00pm.  Please be reminder that applications will be collected via CU WebForm System ONLY.  No alternative submission methods will be accepted.
