Applicants should obtain and submit the Application Form online via CUSIS (http://www.cuhk.edu.hk/cusis; My CUHK>CUSIS>Scholarships and Financial Aid>Online Application Form>Public Application>click the magnifying glass to select “University Bursaries and Loans”).  Completed E-form should be submitted via CUSIS: 1/9 (Monday) to 30/9/2025 (Tuesday). 

Applicants should read the “Notes to Applicants” and “Guideline” for specific requirements for each section of the online application form, and submit the supporting documents to the Scholarships and Financial Aid Section, Office of Admissions and Financial Aid at Room 1206, 12/F, Yasumoto International Academic Park from 15/9 (Monday) to 30/9/2025 (Tuesday).

Please print and submit the completed Section 12 of the online application form together with the supporting documents. Applicants are required to fill in the application number, which will be generated after submission of the online application form.
