2. Academic Improvement Award 

The 2026/2027 Academic Improvement Award (1st Term) is now open for applications.  This award aims to recognize students’ efforts in striving for academic improvement and is granted to those from each faculty who have shown the most significant improvement in their grades.  Eight awards of HK$5,000 each will be offered.  For details, please refer to the eligibility criteria below:

Remark: 

• One award quota will be allocated to each faculty.
• Each student may receive this award only once during their normative study period.

3. TERMS AMENDMENT NOTICE FOR

COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS, AWARDS, PRIZES, AND FINANCIAL AID

Date: June 5, 2025 

In accordance with the resolution passed by the Finance Committee of the Chung Chi College Board of Trustees, please be informed of the following amendments to the current Terms of Reference for College Scholarships, Awards, Prizes, and Financial Aid. These changes are made to ensure the sustainability of our financial support programs considering current economic conditions: 

Key Amendments

1. Effective from the academic year 2024/2025, the College will no longer guarantee returns or cover any shortfalls for the funds.  
2. In the event that the interest generated by the funds is insufficient to sustain the award amount, the principal will also be used to finance the award until the fund is exhausted.

Effective Date

These amendments will take effect on 30 August 2025.
