Only Chung Chi College students who failed to get a regular hostel place are eligible;
Consents from residents staying in the same room have to he sought beforehand; if no reply from the respective residents are received by the Committee by the deadline set in the email communication, the application will be considered void;
The resident fee for "Special Resident" is HK$9,746 for a year, which will be collected in two installments (HK$4,873 each) in the beginning of each term. No refund or partial payment will be arranged;
A deposit of HK$1,000 is required for “Special Resident” which will be refunded if the check out procedures are finished accordingly in time; and they shall abide by the hostel regulations and have the same responsibility of residents;
Roommates of Special Resident should not check-out until the end of the term. Special Residents have to check-out hostel if their roommates check-out during the residence. Also, the hostel fee would not be refunded;
Special resident shall liaise with the residents at the same room for the usage of furniture and equipment in the room. No additional furniture or equipment will be provided for such rooms;
Special room is not accepted;
The result will be announced in mid August 2024
