  1. Application will be accepted New resident assigned in 2nd semester of 2024/25 only
  2. If applicants do not receive the notification email on successful transfer by January 3, 2025, they shall consider their application failed and should check in to the hostel originally assigned on January 5.
  3. Resident who want to transfer hostel shall NOT check-in their originally assigned hostel.
  4. Application for transferring hostel AFTER check-in will not be proceed.
