The Committee (1) designs and plans the College Mentor Programme and College Overseas Mentor Programme; (2) implements the Programmes through the collaboration of the two co-organizers, Chung Chi College, and the Chung Chi College Alumni Association; (3) enriches social exposures, improves communica-tion skills, and broadens College students’ horizon through experience sharing and interactions with College alumni; and (4) strengthens ties between the College and its alumni.
